A monthly survey of rental rates and occupancy % for several multi-family rental properties located within Eagle County (from Vail to Eagle). Properties include income restricted tax credit properties, non-profit affordable housing properties and seasonal units controlled by Vail Resorts, held primarily for its peak winter staffing levels. Properties are further broken down by unit type and size to show total rent per unit and rent per square foot.

The survey shows the monthly rental rate component only. Any separate monthly charges for parking, utilities or furniture rental would be in addition to the rent. Occupancy % is based on a verbal monthly survey of onsite management staff confirmed monthly by PSP. Information not shared with PSP staff is indicated as N/A.
