Jerry is no stranger to management and administration. He brings over 30 years of experience in human resources at executive levels to Polar Star. As VP of Corporate Administration for Vail Resorts, Jerry was director of Human Resources, Risk Management, Ticketing and several other areas. Capable of conquering any formidable business challenge, Jerry has served on executive committees and has provided leadership during IPO’s, mergers and acquisitions, and implementing a 401k plan for 22,000 employees saving $300,000 in the process. Jerry’s long track record of cost efficiencies, organizational realignments, and work force planning & development make him an indispensable asset to Polar Star Properties.
