Michael Staudenmayer holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and has 17 years of experience in related resort real estate development. He joined the Northstar Community Services District in 2004 as the District Engineer, was promoted to Deputy General Manager in 2005 and has been the General Manager since 2006. During his tenure at the District, Mr. Staudenmayer has been responsible for all aspects of water and waste water infrastructure planning and construction necessary for a $1 billion resort real estate project. He was instrumental in building a first class GIS and IT infrastructure from the ground up in order to support a state-of-the-art asset management and business enterprise solutions optimized for utility service management.
